Custom Prop MDF Cutting
Create standout party displays and props with our Custom MDF Cutting Service, designed especially for event decor, photo props, signage and feature pieces.
Mostly we use 9mm – 12mm thickness MDF. This thickness makes MDF durable enough for centrepieces and statement pieces without being too heavy or fragile.
Production & Turnaround
- Standard lead time is 5–10 business days after design approval (depending on queue and job size).
- Rush jobs are possible (subject to availability).
Care & Finishing
After cutting, your MDF props:
- Can be painted with acrylic or latex paints
- Can be sealed for durability
- Are reusable for multiple events

- Store flat or standing upright safely
